How does the refillable program work? Here is a step by step guide of how to get your candles and diffusers refilled.

1. Choose any scent from the list above. ( It doesn't need to be the same as your previous scent)
2. Select a product you are returning (You can return multiple products at once)
3. Add your products to the basket and checkout as normal.
4. Once we have received your order, we will contact you via email with the return address.
5. Carefully pack your glass candles or diffusers and take them to your local post office.
6. When your products arrive, we will professionally clean, refill and send them back to you.

1. Only LA VELA BY DARIA candles can be refilled.
2. LA VELA BY DARIA is not responsible for any damage. The sender must use bubble wrap or paper to secure the glass containers.
